1. Who may use the services
The Cosmic Brief serves adults age 18 and older. By purchasing, joining Dream Circle, creating an account, or submitting information, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter this agreement.
2. Nature of the services
The Cosmic Brief provides spiritual and educational dream interpretation, reflection, digital guides, group learning, integration conversations, and related services. Interpretations offer possibilities for reflection. They are not factual determinations, diagnoses, treatment, professional advice, or guaranteed predictions.
3. Purchases and complete submissions
Prices and included features appear before purchase. Report turnaround begins only after the complete dream and all required information are submitted. Posted holidays, closures, high-demand periods, incomplete information, or events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
4. Client accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Purchased reports and connected submissions remain available according to the account and privacy choices described on the site.
5. Dream Circle membership
Dream Circle renews monthly until paused or canceled. Membership includes the benefits currently listed on the Dream Circle page. A monthly submission creates a chance of random selection; it does not guarantee selection, a private reading, or a personal call. Unused monthly benefits do not roll over.
6. Pausing and cancellation
You may pause membership for one, two, or three months or cancel directly through your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. You may then convert to a free account and retain purchased work or choose deletion.
7. Respectful and lawful use
Do not use the service to threaten, harass, impersonate, violate another person’s privacy, upload unlawful material, interfere with security, or submit information you do not have permission to share. Dream Circle participants must respect the privacy of other participants.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights in the original dream information you submit. The Cosmic Brief retains rights in its reports, educational materials, methods, site content, guides, and branding. You may use a purchased report personally and share your own copy privately, but may not resell or commercially reproduce The Cosmic Brief materials without written permission.
9. No public use without consent
Your dream, report, identity, or account information will not be used publicly without specific permission. If you approve an educational example, identifying details will be removed unless you separately request otherwise in writing.
10. Limits and professional support
Do not delay medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or crisis support because of an interpretation. If you or another person may be in danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
11. Changes and contact
