Current Full Dream Reading purchases
Full Dream Reading orders use a private access link instead of the preview membership account. The link authorizes access to your paid order, submission and completed report. Anyone holding it can access that order, so keep it private. We store your order contact details, dream submission and report encrypted on our server; the dream text is not placed in Stripe payment metadata.
After your report is published, download access lasts 10 days. Private report content becomes inaccessible after 30 days. Expired content is removed from active storage when the dream access or owner desk cleanup runs; this is not a guaranteed background deletion at an exact time. Payment and accounting records may be kept separately as required. The membership and journal account features described below remain pre-launch previews.
Reports are personally reviewed. The Cosmic Brief sends your report-ready email manually from help@thecosmicbrief.info. Payment alerts and receipts are separate.

1. Information collected
The Cosmic Brief may collect account and contact information, age confirmation, purchases, membership status, dream submissions, journal entries, life context you choose to provide, reports, service messages, call scheduling details, consent records, and limited technical or security information.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide purchased services, prepare and deliver reports, operate Dream Circle, maintain accounts, schedule calls, process payments, send necessary notices, protect the service, honor privacy requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
3. What is not done
The Cosmic Brief does not sell client information. Private dream content is not used for targeted advertising. Dreams, reports, and identifying information are not shared publicly without specific permission.
4. Service providers
Limited information may be processed by providers needed for hosting, payment, authentication, storage, scheduling, video meetings, email delivery, security, backups, and business operations. Providers will receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and must be reviewed before launch.
5. Human review and supporting tools
The interpreter personally reviews every interpretation. Private background tools may assist with organization, research, drafting, or quality checks. They do not replace the interpreter’s judgment. Final disclosure and consent language will reflect the exact production tools and applicable law.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, a downloadable copy, cancellation, free-account conversion, or permanent deletion through your account or by contacting The Cosmic Brief. A direct privacy center will make these choices easy to find.
7. Paused, free, and deleted accounts
Paused memberships retain existing records for up to three months. A free account retains previously purchased work and the submissions connected to it but does not include ongoing journal storage or membership benefits. Permanent deletion removes the account and stored information except limited records that must be retained for payment, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal obligations.
8. Retention and monthly review
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, the client’s choices, security, and legal obligations. Each month, The Cosmic Brief will review expired accounts, scheduled deletions, unnecessary records, backups, errors, access, and security concerns.
9. Security
The Cosmic Brief intends to use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including secure access, encryption, restricted permissions, backups, and monitoring. No online system can promise absolute security.
10. Privacy requests
Send privacy questions or requests to help@thecosmicbrief.info. Identity may need to be verified before account information is released, corrected, exported, or deleted.
